These terms apply when you use avtoteker.az and when you place an order. By confirming an order you accept them.

1. Who we are

2. What the site shows

Prices, stock and photographs are correct at the moment they are shown. A photograph may be representative: the same size can differ in production batch and sidewall markings. Stock changes in the warehouse in real time, so we confirm that what you ordered is actually there.

3. How an order is made

An order sent from the site is a request, not a contract. The contract is made when we confirm it. The code sent to your number confirms that the order came from you. If the stock has gone, or a price is obviously wrong, we cancel the order and tell you.

4. Price and payment

Prices are in manat and include VAT. Payment can be cash, card, instalments or bank credit. Instalment and credit terms are set by the bank or finance company: approving an application is their decision and we do not guarantee it.

5. Delivery and fitting

You can collect the tyres from a branch, have them fitted at a branch, or have them delivered. Delivery time depends on the address and the stock, and is given when the order is confirmed. Fitting requires the car's details.

6. Warranty

Every tyre is sold under its own brand's warranty terms, and the warranty document is issued at the time of sale. The warranty covers manufacturing defects; road damage, incorrect pressure, imbalance, an unfit rim and normal wear are not covered.

7. Returns and exchanges

An unused, unfitted tyre in its original condition can be returned or exchanged within the period the law allows. A fitted tyre counts as used and is considered only under the warranty terms. Proof of purchase is required for a return.

8. What we ask of you

Give a correct name, number and address: we are not responsible for an order that could not be delivered because of wrong details. Using the site unlawfully, for automated harvesting, or in a way that harms other users is not allowed.

9. The AI assistant

The assistant on the site answers questions about sizes, stock and prices automatically. Its answers are informational and can be wrong; the terms of an order are settled by a colleague's confirmation and the sales document. Do not send personal documents or bank details to the assistant.

10. Site content

The texts, photographs and logos on the site belong to their respective owners, and brand logos belong to those brands. Copying the content or using it commercially without permission is not allowed.

11. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect loss arising from incorrect fitting, road conditions or misuse. Consumer rights granted by law are not affected by this clause.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan. We try to settle any dispute by discussion first; failing that, the courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan have jurisdiction.

13. Changes

These terms may be updated. The terms in force on the day an order is placed are the ones that apply to it.
