Privacy policy

1. Who holds the data

2. What we collect

• Contact details: first name, surname, mobile number, WhatsApp number, email.
• Order details: the tyres chosen, the amount, the payment method, the delivery address or branch, the car and its plate.
• Only if you choose instalments or credit: national ID number, date of birth and the documents the lender asks for. These are used only to pass your application to that lender.
• Conversation data: the messages you send to the assistant on the site, to WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook, and any photos or voice notes with them.
• Technical data: browser, device, approximate location (city level), the pages you opened, and the campaign tags an advert carries (utm, gclid, fbclid).

3. Why we collect it

• To take an order, hold the tyres, deliver them and fit them.
• To answer your question, whether a colleague or the assistant replies.
• To write the warranty and to find it again when you come in for a service.
• To keep the accounting and tax records the law requires.
• To measure which parts of the site work and what an advert produced.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We pass it on only in these cases:

• Meta Platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook), because the conversation itself takes place there.
• Google (Analytics and Tag Manager), for anonymous statistics about what happens on the site.
• Our AI service provider, to produce an answer to a message you sent the assistant. Personal details such as a name or a number are never sent to analytics events.
• Banks and instalment providers, only where you have chosen instalments or credit.
• State authorities, only where the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

Order and warranty records are kept for as long as accounting law requires. Conversations are kept for as long as customer service needs them. Your basket, shortlist and comparison list are stored on your own device, not on our server.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

The site uses cookies to remember your basket and your language, for security and for statistics. You can delete or block them in your browser settings; some features, such as the basket, will then stop working.

7. Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, and have it deleted. Write to salam@avtoteker.az or call us. We answer within 30 days.

8. Deleting your data

To have your data deleted, email salam@avtoteker.az with the subject “Data deletion”, or write to us on WhatsApp. Your order number or mobile number is enough. We delete everything except the accounting records the law requires us to keep.

9. Children

The site and its services are not intended for anybody under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

10. Changes

This policy may be updated. The date of the last update is shown above, and we post a notice on the site for any significant change.
